Wilder's career isn't over yet. Who is to say he won't stop his two best opponents?

You can make an argument the two best opponents Wlad Klitschko fought in his entire career were his last two ... Fury and Joshua, and he not only didn't stop them he lost to both of them.

Wilder's career isn't over. We're in the thick of it.

The two best opponents of his career might be on the way up. Hell, they might be fighting in the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.

    Um ... no. (LOL)

Couldn't stop Krishna Wainwright, Lester Jackson, Everton Davis, Jeff Wooden, Sean Hart, Cisse Salif, Ike Ibeabuchi, Lennox Lewis, Chris Byrd, Robert Hawkins, Friday Ahunanya, Monte Barrett (either time) or Alexander Ustinov.

Tua's KO percentage is like one point higher than Joseph Parker's and nearly 25 percentage points below Wilder's.

Nice compact puncher. Very strong physically. Certainly nowhere near the best ever.

Holyfield had more praise for Andy Ruiz's power after sparring with him than he did when he worked with Tua.

You've got to apply context & look at who they have stopped & dropped aswell though.. KO % can be misleading if you don't.. I mean for example Mike Tyson has a lower KO percentage than Frank Bruno..

Wilder like say Adonis Stevenson somewhat is gifted power wise no doubt but his opposition is mostly poor..

A better question would be is Ortiz the oldest HW contender in history? Should he really even be fighting? The guy looks about 50..

    No.
He stopped Norton, Young and Elis.

He was also claimed to have hit Larry Holmes the hardest, meaning he supposedly hits harder than Witherspoon, Weaver, Holyfield and of course, a prime Iron Mike.
He was also claimed by Ali and Norton to hit them harder than anyone, spanning between, Foreman, Liston, Frazier and Cooney.

I've never heard an account from Young, but he was the only man to stop a near prime version. And one of two ever.

Sonny , line up the tame samoan Parker......he either gets sparked or fights to survive like he did against the glass chinned Bodybuilder.

Tua ? LOL, yes he had power but was the ultimate one trick pony and never ever won a belt when even a fossil like Foreman and Tommy Chin got one.....when he had a chance he tasted a couple of right hands from Lemmie and Tua cruised back to the Buffet line in one of the most boring fights in recent history. fact.

I would agree he's the hardest hitting puncher in history.

Reminds me a bit of Tommy Hearns's right hand, almost like a whip effect.

Oh yay, an agenda driven idiot that is using a forum to leverage his favourite fighter by talking down other contenders. Well done. Oh you belittled me by referring to me as 'sonny', again, well done. Great job, you've proven to be quite the threat as a poster...

You mean the same Parker that beat Ruiz Jr? The same Parker that hurt Joshua in that fight? The same Parker that is the first to go the distance with Joshua? The same Joshua that has significantly better boxing ability than Wilder?

Don't forget boxing is a 12 round game. If any heavyweight makes the full 12 rounds, they have every chance to beat Wilder, as Fury proved but was unfortunately ripped off on the cards.

Let's also not forget that Fury who has very very small power hurt Wilder. Wilder doesn't deal well with fast straight hands, especially counters down the centre. Ruiz and Parker would fire straight down that channel. If a slow, plodding Ortiz can land at will you sure as hell know those fighters can too.

Why are you talking about Tua? Why are you talking about Joshua?

I never mentioned Tuas name? But because you insist, do you remember John Ruiz?
I find it laughable that you refer to Tua as a one trick pony but fail to see that your favourite fighter IS EXACTLY THAT!

    Log off Sonny....a hater

Parker sucks and always sucked everytime he stepped up he struggled picking up a belt against a no hoper and folded like a lawn chair against the stiff glass chinned Bodybuilder...he aint got no fire in the belly.....if you loose against heavybag Whyte your goose is cooked.....going rounds with that other samoan ex gate keeper is even worse.

Parker will never win a big fight ...end of.

Tyson Fluffy got a gift draw no matter how much you scream at the sky he "won".........and since gone MIA to face Wilder again......did Ward or canelo fight cab drivers from the bum circuit as "tune ups" after close fights with GGG and Kova ? Yeah, log off.

Yeah, somebody like Foreman seems heavier handed to me. And obviously he was physically much, much stronger than Wilder. The vicious knockouts of Jose Roman and Gerry Cooney come to mind. But Wilder's right hand, when he throws it straight, has that insane leverage/whip like you said. I think back to the right hand he missed right before he knocked out Lyakhovich, for instance.

Are you actually saying that you scored Wilder as the winner when he fought Fury?
