You have to use feints to move a counter puncher out of position or draw blows so they committ and leave themselves open, what are other ways to beat a good counter puncher? Which fighters are best at dealing with counter punchers?

Yes. Look at Vitali vs Sanders. He took some heavy shots early on and overwhelmed Sanders the longer the fight went on.

Rocky Marciano was excellent in breaking down counterpunchers. Julio Cesar Chavez was great at dealing with counterpunchers. So was Tommy Hearns (as he was one himself). Errol Spence currently is the best active fighter against counterpunchers. His track record against Brook, M Garcia, D Garcia & Ugas speak for themselves. Let's see how he does against Bud.

Educated pressure, high fitness levels and a having a good chin are good ingredients.

Punch variety along with decent pop in your shots also helps.

Other than the obvious use of a jab or feint to draw the counter which you then counter...

Be smart in regards to where you engage, remain defensively responsible when in the middle of the ring, using feints and jabs to move your opponent to the ropes and only when they are on the ropes and cornered and have less options to move away, unload. Tarver did this vs RJJ in their first fight, he ensured he wasn't left throwing and missing mid ring where RJJ had the space to easily evade his shots. He had his most success once he had backed RJJ to the ropes.

It's hard to counter punch when you do not know what punch is coming to counter. Learn to punch with multiples different punches from the same position and so you disguise what punch is coming. Povetkin and Marquez used to do this well. They would drop the left shoulder and from this position could throw a left hook, left uppercut, left jab or an OH right, straight right, etc. Opponents are given the same look each time but can't predict what punch is coming and so can't decide how to evade and can't decide which counter to pick. Eventually a fighter simply needs to feint with the left shoulder drop and they can then back the opponent up to the ropes without even throwing a punch and trap the fighter there and unload.

Long arms, movement, outfighting, long range, like a relaxed prime Erik Morales did to Junior Jones.

For those saying pressure and cutting off the ring, is that not basically giving counter punchers what they want?

I would've said turn it into a tactical battle and wait for them to throw first and you beat them at their own game.

Partly yes but the thing is that counter punchers prefer a rather slow pace where they can carefully pick their shots, if you press for a higher pace a lot of them will have a hard time landing their shots to the best effect plus they have to work alot themselfs and you might be dragging them into deep waters.
But you gonna eat punches anyway.

Sometimes to land your best punch you've got to take one.
