Usyk decisions Wilder all night long. What an easy night it would be. IF Ortiz can survive for 7 and dominate Wilder just imagine how Usyk will clown him.

And when Wilder puts Usyk to sleep they will say “he’s just a blown up cruiser” bla bla bla

So? Some will say that. Other will say differently. What fans say rarely means jack ****. Ironically, especially here. Too many idiots who just pick sides.

I see him more as a skilled chess-player similar to Mikhail Tal than as a clown. Mikhail Tal would create complications out of seemingly dead positions and before you knew it the game was over. In fact, if you viewed Tal as merely a clown you would lose even quicker than you would have otherwise because your overconfidence would make you careless. Wilder knows that if the opponent considers him nothing but an unskilled clown then he can spring his meticulously -calculated traps with impunity. True, other fighters might be technically more skilled. But Wilder neutralizes that with a skill of his own- his uncanny ability to meticulously dissect all the opponent's mannerisms as they relate to the fight-formulate a specific plan for these mannerisms, and then deliver the bomb.

Man, one has to wonder why a guy who could walk through the world's top heavyweights so easily would waste so much time cleaning out the absurdly irrelevant division of junior heavyweight when he could have been securing huge pay days the whole time. Does usyk even know how good he is?

Because of pure hatred for Wilder.......FMJ got the same hate no matter what, they complained he was boring, had Vegas in his pocket, was on roids and Manny Pac would KO him anytime of the week......

We wake up from the 10 year jab and grab snooze Wk era and we have a guy who blows opponents heads clean off and he gets hated and hated..

As another poster already said, if he lays out Usyk he just beat a cruiser and on to the next pony.....

This would be a great fight. Usyk has the skill to make Wilder look bad but wilder has the power to make any fighter go to sleep. Usyk would have to be on his toes for 12 rounds. I think he could do it but the size and power advantage Wilder would have would make it very difficult, and very fun to watch.

If Fury beats Wilder, I could see a Fury Usayk fight happen sooner. This would be a tough one for Usyk but Fury has looked bad against lesser southpaws and Usyk might be the most skilled southpaw at HW. Ultimately, I’m hoping when we look back on 2020 a year from now, we are talking about these fights in the past tense. If these guys (Wilder, Fury, Usyk, Ruiz, AJ) don’t fight each other (I realize Ruiz AJ is the only one guaranteed), I might give up on HW boxing. It’s promising but only if the top guys fight each other.

Guys often have balls in your throat or something? Or is that just your fantasy? o_O

Well, you've essentially exposed your ignorance, to say the least. And don't take 'ignorant' as an insult. Just means you don't know any better. Happens. :eaea:

I said this before. Usyk needs to stay damn near perfect. Wilder can make many mistakes, Usyk cannot. I could see Usyk winning because he is highly skilled, but cannot count Wilder out until the final bell rings. I would love this fight to happen.

Yeah but you can get outboxed for round after round and still get through with an equalizer. Or make an adjustment and find answers.

Get knocked out and it’s over.

We will see if Fury can get through another 12 rounds with Wilder. He barely did once. As for Usyk, he’s a lot of people’s great hope for now but I wasn’t terribly impressed with his heavyweight debut.

If Wilder fights him and knocks him cold, all the Usykles will suddenly adopt a “well he knocked out a cruiser” party line.
