Ruiz better not let us down after shrugging off Joshua's threat. He actually has a lot at stake reputation wise. If Joshua KO's him or wins with KD's, Ruiz will be considered a 'lucky punch' champ whether he likes it or not and pretty much lose all credit over night. Everyone putting him in the top 4 will go back to considering him a decent fighter below elite level. He won't get a big title shot for years as Fury/Wilder/Joshua will be tied up in fights/rematches. In that time he could lose to other Parker level fighters. So I'm not sure why he's so relaxed about the whole thing, I feel he may be overconfident.
He ate some bombs from Joshua and fired back so he obviously doesn't think Joshua can KO him! The KD was an upper-cut that I'm sure Joshua's Team has studied to use more in the rematch but every time Joshua throws he knows he's getting countered that's why he tried to jab and move after he got dropped which is the only reason he survived more rounds!
If Joshua wins then there will be no unification for a long time. Joshua will not even come within 5 meters of Deontay Wilder and call him out face to face. Ruiz has already been in close quarters with Wilder and they've even talked about a fight between them two. I don't care if it is Wilders fault that the fight isn't happening but AJ needed to end the ducking debate by calling him out personally and publicly. Joshua wont do that and so I hope Ruiz wins.
Ruiz better have taken his own food and water, no telling how far they'll go to make sure he loses this rematch!
Joshua said it 1st, Andy is just playing the game. Id be saying the same thing in retort to having one of my shots being called lucky or from the gods or what ever. Just playing the game. It was a sweet shot by Joshua and came straight from the play book worked on in camp. Ruiz shot to the top of the head that supposedly did all the damage was exacty the same. AJ dont like the shorter fighters up close and swinging in the wide hooks, we seen it against Takam and Povetkin and from lower opposition aswell against AJ. Both men threw good smart shots to drop each other.
The blob was caught off balance from his huge belly, that's why he was dropped. Like those big egg figures that keep wobbling around. Joshua 's gonna throw the kitchen sink at Ruiz in the rematch, and then be beaten down by that huge blubber, once Andy gets irritated! lol
Joshua has sought help from Waldo Klit on a strategy to overcome the horrible Wrath of the Blob's attack! Waldo gave his best strategic advice on the Jab, Grab & Hold Octopuss Tactics to try to kill the clock into a 12 round biased Judges unanimous decision victory!!! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/wires/re...taking-tips-Klitschko-ahead-Ruiz-rematch.html
Ain't it funny that a heavier version of Joshua at 250lbs beat the mighty Wlad Klitschsko, but at 247lb he was completely dismantled by that short blob. Coming in lighter might see him squashed by fatso. Strategy is way more important than conditioning in my opinion. The bodybuilder surely isn't gonna fight the same way at a lighter weight. Worm food comes to mind!
Joshua just has to grab the Blob and hold on tight for 12 short rounds and it'll secure his victory at the hands of the judges!
So Ruiz has been Gobbling food recommended by Dustin "Worm" Nichols during training?? If so... Ruiz KTFO 2 Joshua!!!
