Wasn't it wonderful! you could turn on regular TV and see this kind of action. Now you don't even have Tuesday night fights with O'Grady and Albert

    Hey Morlocks!

Other than Chacon Limon 4, Mancini vs Kim, Arguello vs Pryor or Gomez vs Pintor, do you remember any unbelievable fights from 1982?
The next FOTW is an 82 special

10-9 Chacon (Boza won most of it, and it was a flash KD at the end, so no 10-8)
    10-8 Chacon
    10-8 Boza
10-9 Boza (Boza controls most of the round, but gets rattled in the closing seconds)
    10-9 Boza
    10-9 Chacon
    10-9 Boza
    10-9 Chacon
    10-9 Chacon
10-9 Chacon (Boza does close strong, so this could go the other way)
    10-9 Chacon
    10-8 Chacon

    115-111 Chacon

    Round 1: Limon
    Round 2: Chacon
Round 3: Limon, scores a KD. Chacon wins most of the round, though and the KD wasn't that hard. 10-9 Limon on my card.
    Round 4: Limon
    Round 5: Chacon
    Round 6: Chacon
    Round 7: Limon
    Round 8: Chacon
    Round 9: Chacon
    Round 10: Limon 10-8.
    Round 11: Chacon
    Round 12: Limon
    Round: 13: Chacon
    Round 14: Chacon
    Rondd 15: Chacon 10-8.

I called it 143-140 Chacon...But if you called the 3rd 10-8, that brings it to 142-140 BC.

Looking at my scorecard again, conceivably rounds 1 and 2 could have been 10-9 only to Chacon which would make my score 115-112 to Boza.

Well, I had it 114-111 Boza, and I thought that was a weird score so I came and looked and it wasn't too bad.

    Boza/Chacon II
    9 : 10*
    8 : 10
    10 : 8
    10 : 9 (37-37)
    9 : 10
    10 : 9
    10 : 9
    10 : 9 (76-74)
    10 : 9
    10 : 9
    10 : 9
    8 : 10 (114-111)

*The first KD was clearly a slip, there was a punch as he was falling but it wasn't the reason why he was down; Boza was going down anyway.

The other 3 were genuine, especially the last 2. Whilst I thought Boza was clearly winning rounds 6-10, round 11 was closer. These rounds were really hard and Boza's non-existent defence made them extremely fun and competitive.
