Yes, I can see that, with his strange jerky style, a fit Spinks could certainly be an handful.

Win a few, lose a few......just like most of those guys did. Weaver had 2 title defenses & the rest aside from Larry Holmes and Mike Tyson---were 1 defense. Or lose first time they defended the title.

But I do think he is like a Page or a Thomas or Smith or insert name here. He will rise to the occasion and win something. Successful defenses I do not see happening. Wilder would have a picnic with guys like David Bey.

I can see something like that Zad.
If he had to defend against 80 s guys instead I see something akin to this
    Scott ledoux - wko 5
    Leon Spinks wko 3
    John Tate wko 11
    Tex Cobb wun 15
    Greg Page - draw
Mike weaver - mini war, Wilder rocked all over then comes back to ko him 8
Trevor Berbick - Berbick still there at the end but loses, Incredibly its very close.
Tim Witherspoon _unbeaten Spoon takes him to hell and gets the decision.
Wilder challenges Tony Tubbs and wins a very unpopular decision.
Fights Bruno, gets almost kod in the first but comes back to stop the Brit.
Has a life and death fight with James Smith. Stops him on cuts in ten.
Loses on points to Pinklon Thomas. Gets stopped in his next fight in 6 by Michael Spinks.
Fights Buster Douglas, after knocking him down in the second round, finds himself so gassed he quits on his stool at the end of the 8 th.
    Become s a gatekeeper In to the 90 s..

Out of the 4 that you mentioned, I see it going down like this:

Tubbs puts on a boxing clinic and takes the UD
Witherspoon gets the KO somewhere in the middle rounds
Dokes' handspeed gives Wilder fits early on but eventually, Wilder connects and takes him out in the late rounds
Tucker is frustrating as hell because he has all the tools in the world to beat Wilder rather easily in my book, but he will find a way to get stopped late while ahead on all cards or possibly fight too cautiously and survive but lose a decision that should have been his if he went for it

If Spinks was terrified of Tyson, Wilder with his insane screaming, face masks and war crime of a right hand would have given Spinks a loose colon. Spinks wouldn’t make it to the ring to fight. Remember he was so terrified of fighting Tyson he stayed in his dressing room some thirty odd minutes late.

Tubbs gone in three. Tucker could beat Wilder but he’d have to be perfect for 12

Idk man i think fighters would feel alot more confident stepping in the ring with wilder than a prime mike tyson

With tyson you have to deal with good defense a combination of power and speed. Just charging at u with accuracy.

With wilder you have a fighter with no skill and only a right hand

With wilder leaving himself open the way he does spinks confidence would grow

    He would think

    " i can outbox this guy "
    Or

" this guy leaves himself to open, i can probably force the stoppage "

    Thats just my opinion though

Witherspoon at his best catches Wilder with too many punches and stops him.

Weaver might be able to do the same.

Can't see the others being favoured

I don't know, Tyson seemed to strike fear in to a lot of people he faced, does Wilder have that effect as much?

Witherspoon that lost to Holmes probably stops Wilder.
