I had given up on this thread! I tabulated all of the scores were n the last one and provided an in depth breakdown of all scoring including the judges....and then you dropped the ball and I got discouraged...lol I think? I will try to do one or 2 but I have a list of some Asian boxing classics and a huge list. I don’t know which ones.

Aaron Pryor vs Alexis Arguello I (November 12, 1982) (15 Rounds for the WBA & Lineal Super-Lightweight Championship) Round 1: 10-9 Pryor (Fireworks from the off! Alex hurt Aaron in the first half, Pryor hurt Arguello in the second with AP remain more active & accurate with power) Round 2: 10-9 Pryor (Work rate and accuracy (though the latter fell off some) carried the round again for AP, but Arguello fought well off the ropes hurting Pryor with a blistering right) Round 3: 10-9 Arguello (Arguello landed the solid shots this round, and had a fantastic final minute where he landed every hard shot clean while avoiding anything coming back) Round 4: 10-9 Pryor (Very good tactical round for Pryor, working his jab well combined with his ability to hook off the jab & combination punching made this a clear Pryor round. AA did land a big right at the bell) Round 5: 10-9 Arguello (Alexis came out & took the initiative landing big shots, stayed in command and rocked Pryor a couple times throughout. His body work was effective this round) Round 6: 10-9 Pryor (Opens the round dancing, up on his toes pot shoting with the jab & overhand right. Arguello had trouble coming up with a answer, Aaron lands a big combo in a exchange late to run away with it) Round 7: 10-9 Pryor (AP boxing beautifully mixing in combos of uppercuts & straight rights, Arguello befuddled has lost all rhythm & his tempo is very low, a last minute rally in the last 20 seconds isn't enough) Round 8: 10-9 Arguello (Close, Pryor cruising along but Alexis starts turning up the tempo again and lands the flashier harder shots including some smashing body shots to take the round for me) Round 9: 10-9 Arguello (Close, Alexis coming on strong catching or slipping most of Pryor's shots while landing the big eye-catching shots. Pryor does land a ridiculous 3 punch combo at the end of the round to make it close) Round 10: 10-9 Pryor (Good round for Aaron, boxing well connecting on angles with exception of catching a few good shots namely the uppercut a clear round for Pryor to take back over command of the fight) Round 11: 10-9 Arguello (Pryor was much more busy, but Alexis landed bombs when he threw whipping the pro Arguello crowd into a frenzy once again) Round 12: 10-9 Pryor (WAR! Both warriors exhausted mists of sweat spraying off their heads as each land concussive blows with Aaron getting the better of it again) Round 13: 10-9 Arguello (So close I'd be inclines to call it even. Pryor takes the scoring lead going toe to toe, Alexis rallies back to take the lead with a blistering attack still toe to toe. Pryor gets back to dancing and scoring to draw slightly ahead again, but Arguello lands the biggest and best punch of the whole fight snapping Aaron's head back & imo legitimately hurting him to just edge a round that could go either way) Round 14: TKO (In between rounds the scumbag Panama Lewis requests (loud enough for the cameras to pick up) the special bottle he mixed before the fight, and the rest is conspiracy history. Just 1 minute & 6 seconds into the 14th round what had been a visibly exhausted Aaron Pryor explodes with a renewed burst of energy to stop the war battered 3 weight champion on his feet. With what we found out to be true with Lewis' fighter Luis Resto against Billy Collins Jr. I would be shocked to find out that snake in the grass didn't tamper with Pryor's special water with illegal substances to give his fighter a illegal & unfair edge in the later rounds. The only black mark on what was a fight for the ages between two great and real warriors of the ring) My Score: (124-123 Pryor) ATOS Wouldn't argue with 125-123 or 125-122 both for Pryor. Official Scores: (127-124 x 2 Pryor) (127-125 Arguello) Winner: By 14th round Technical Knockout to retain the WBA/Lineal Super-Lightweight Championship of the World, Aaron "the hawk" Pryor. Alexis Arguello. Not only one of the greatest fighters of all time, but one of the kindest gentleman that's ever stepped foot in the ring. On this night he was attempting to do what no other man had ever done in the sport of boxing up to this point in history, which was win the world title in 4 different weight divisions. By 1982 there was the Leo Santa Cruz/Adrien Broner route available by fighting the weaker "champion" of the seperate governing body, in this case the WBC would have been Leroy Haley. But Aguello wanted the big test & big money for the record breaking night, and he gave a amazing account of himself. A fading legend and true 130/135 pounder fighting the monster at 140, the man both Ray Leonard & Tommy Hearns both wanted no part of. A true gentleman even in defeat, once Alexis was able he walked straight up to Pryor and calmly & warmly congratulated him for his successful championship defense. Ray Mancini vs Deuk-Koo Kim (November 13, 1982) (15 Rounds for the WBA Lightweight Title) Round 1: 10-9 Kim (Flying out of the gate Kim's southpaw style is already giving Mancini trouble. Kim can't miss with that hard straight left & takes the 1st round convincingly) Round 2: 10-9 Mancini (Close round. Kim started better, Raytook control with smashing bodywork, but Kim finished better. Mancini edges it for me) Round 3: 10-9 Kim (Another tit for tat round, Mancini did enough to where you could argue he won the round, but Kim's consistent landing of that big southpaw left swings the round in his favor imo) Round 4: 10-9 Mancini (Ray finally nullifies Kim's left by getting inside for most of the round and doing good bodywork & landing his right on the way out, at distance Kim in winning so far) Round 5: 10-9 Mancini (Ray staggers Kim right at the opening bell & works well again on the inside for most of the round to take the round. But the few times they fought at distance in the round it was all Kim smashing Ray with straight lefts & right hooks. Mancini I don't believe can win this fight while boxing at range) Round 6: 10-9 Mancini (Ray manages to keep the fight on the inside for the majority of the round blistering Kim to the head & body with damaging punches. Kim does break away from the in-fighting to rally late which hurt Mancini for a moment, but Ray regains his senses & finishes with the edge again on the inside) Round 7: 10-9 Kim (Bigh Kim round he kept it at distance and pounded Mancini with that left over and over. He can't miss Ray's chin with that left hand, when Ray took the fight back inside he worked the body well, yet not enough in this round) Round 8: 10-9 Kim (Mancini cannot cope with Kim's soutpaw style at distance. Again Kim lands big left hands over & over. Ray's jab is completely in-effective, the only way for him to nullify Kim's style is taking the fight inside where both men are exhausted from the extremely fast pace. Through 8 rounds I now have it even) Round 9: 10-9 Kim (Same as 7 & 8 Kim stays at distance and rams that straight left & right hook into Mancini's face over & over. Kim has now taken the lead on my card. Grueling fight) Round 10: 10-8 Mancini (Give n take for the 1st minute when the ref jumps in & quickly docks Kim 1 point for holding & hitting, Kim seemed weary soon after with Ray flurrying with Kim against the ropes for close to the rest of the round) Round 11: 10-9 Mancini (Wild round, Mancini drops Kim to a knee but Kim was up so quickly the ref didn't rule it a knockdown. Kim very weary now and looks hurt from Ray's all out assault) Round 12: 10-9 Mancini (Ray battering Kim now, Kim is very off-balance and is now throwing himself off-balance & out of position everytime he tries to throw his left hand) Round 13: 10-9 Mancini (Ray comes out at the bell all over Kim battering him around the ring. Kim tries to stage a rally but there is nothing in his punches now) Round 14: KO My Score: (125-121 Mancini) ATOS Official Scores: (127-121 Mancini) (128-124 Mancini) (126-122 Mancini) Winner: By 14th round Knockout to retain the WBA Lightweight Title, Ray Mancini. Right off the bat, Magnum P.I. music chosen for the Ray Mancini promo package After the tragic end to this fight (Deuk-Koo Kim died 4 days after the fight from the injuries sustained) about 1 month later the WBC the other governing body at the time changed their championship fight round limits from 15 to 12 rounds. Also Bob Arum the promoter of this fight called for a suspension of all pro boxing events for a few months while a team of medical experts studied how to make it safer for fighters in the ring. Arum also suggested the possible using of headgear and gloves with more padding. Obviously the headgear never took, but fighters of weights now have specified glove weights they have to use per division. Whether that came as a change from the events of this fight I'm not sure. Kim was from a well off family in Korea and didn't need to box for money he just did it for the love of the sport. The tragedy didn't end there as about 2 months later Deuk-Koo Kim's mother committed suicide, 6 months after Kim's mother's passing the referee for the fight Richard Greene also ended his life. After all the pain of this affair in the aftermath of which Mancini was never the same inside or outside the ring Ray traveled to South Korea in 2011 to meet Kim's former finacee & son whom Deuk-Koo never got to meet. At their meeting Jiwan Kim Deul-Koo's son (and now a dentist) told Ray "It's not your fault, you don't need to live with guilt." Hopefully Ray was able to find some peace of heart & mind from that.
