Many years ago and it seems like another lifetime, I was having a discussion with a colleague about Eastenders' Ian Beale's almost chameleon-like ability to adapt to anything the writers wished on him. He was a buffoon, a debt collector, business owner and then almost hardcase, all over a very short time. An older and wiser colleague said to me that it was a fabrication and that people do not change that much in the course of their lives, not really. That stuck. I don't believe I have watched any soap for 20+ years. If anything is newer than dirty Den in Eastenders then I am out of the loop.
Beale was homeless at one point as well wasnt he? Turned over one day and the guy was in a cardboard box with his hair looking like he had 1000 volts shot through him.
phil mitchell was also a weird one. they had him come across like the mob boss of the east end sometimes and at other times he was a ***** cat. pat butcher was h2h the hardest looking from everyone I remember on the show.
A laugh? Search around for the info. You really think AJ is going to have massive overheads every week if he wants to be a billionaire?
Did he not perform well last night? I was working and haven't had chance to catch up. He's been on the slid years though. Ever since he started struggling to make superbantamweight.
It is all Bull$H!T someone in his company must know who to run it, if he earns for example 1million 450k will not go to the tax man all his expenses come out first including car fuel hotels food sparring clothes casual labour for his mates out of 1 million I would think he might pay 50k tax which would be 5%
I know someone who worked on EastEnders, The guy who plays Ian Beale is pretty much the boss of it now, he runs most of the scenes and does whatever he likes on set and bosses all the filming crew around. apparently a really obnoxious man in real life
Is he the only remaining character from when it started? I seem to have hijacked the thread and Ian has taken over :/ Maybe this scene is what AJ has coming? This content is protected
