Did I say he was in his prime? Nope. I said he had a lot left in the tank at that point. He went on to prove as much. Still never overcame Norton who also had a lot of years of frequent bouts in the ring at that point. Had about 10 straight years of boxing under his belt at that point too. You're diminishing his great efforts. Ali tried to fight his fight against Norton but it was neutralised completely. He lost to the better man who also lasted better than he did. I still think Ali is great, just not the greatest.
He had fought Ali twice and won once by the time Foreman fought him... Do you not know the order of when these guys fought? Sharpen the **** up. Frazier was destroyed by Foreman because styles make fights and that style was his bane.
That car analogy is bull**** and you know it. He was still at peak fitness, maybe not as quick as he once was but not too much off. You don't age that rapidly as a heavyweight.
I think Dereck Chisora would knockout Ali. But that might be a stretch. So Im simply going with the one I like the most.
