    If Micheal Grant had never met Lennox Lewis there would be a lot more threads about Michael Grant.



    Unfortunately Ibeabuchi dosnt have enough of a resume to make this a difficult pick.

    He had a long way to go before comparisons could be made with great fighters.

    would go with the speed and accuracy of those Tyson hands against Ike and that defense. And he would be in the wrong place as well===right in front of Tyson and probably trying to back Mike up. Getting beat to the punch by a guy like Tyson is a strong likelyhood to getting stopped.

    As we know, we didn't see all of Ike but all of Tyson. I'm confident that Tyson at his best gets a win here. In a Ruddock, hard slog of a fight.

    Tyson never met a guy of that combination of chin, power and physicality in his prime. Its not only chin, but power also. A fellow who could bomb for 12 rounds. But he has speed, defense and two handed accuracy over Ike.

    Nevertheless, I wouldn´t spend a penny on Tyson in this meeting. And most people with eyes and a brain, dropping their "rose color resume glasses" wouldn´t be so confident after watching the guy swinging it out with the squatted Samoan monster. Extremely hard to predict an outcome.

    Ike didn’t have the defense. He got hit a ton. Prime Mike slips Ike’s straights and works his body, doesn’t just bomb the head. Prime Mike would weave under Ike’s hooks and tire him out. He didn’t get tired against Tua because he kept landing punches, but as most know the punches you miss take more energy from you. Ike gets tired, Ike gets stopped on cuts or by late KO.

    Tyson by UD.

    Probably would be competitive, like 116-112.

    Tyson is better deffensively and is faster. He also punches harder.

    Ike has stamina and a great chin.

    Ike barely beat Tua. 1988 Tyson has all the best attributes of Tua, plus is faster and better defensively.

    Logic says Tyson outpoints Ike.
