After loosing 4 fights to top notch fighters will he be able to bounce back at age 26 or will be a gate keeper from this point on?
This is classic, bro But to answer, his career is ****ed. He keeps getting fat as **** off season and losing more of his ability in his mini retirements. He only sees boxing as a way to make quick cash. He's long gone from being able to compete with the top dogs of 147-154. He's now a cash cow, used to generate money because of his foul mouth.
He IS the top ten gate keeper. It’s not where is his career going as much as it is simply “Where his career is now”. In the toilet. He’s a meme at this point.
would not surprise me if he challenges the unbeaten Charlie Zelenoff for the UBF title. LOL. Joke aside I think he had the potential to be a great champion if he did not mainly focus on his showmanship.
I don't think he had great champion in him. I think he handpicked easy guys in a weak era and when he started to fight better guys his limitations came up. This guys is not a great fighter or close to one.
He retired a few times, he says it's temporary. He actually said this time around when he comes out of retirement he wants to fight GGG at a catchweight of 155
How does he expect to sustain a level of competitiveness if he retires all the time and I dont expect the punching power at 155. I think people will come to see him getting beat at this point so another way he earns his money. Unless he turns his attitude 180 degrees nothing will change.
I didn't know he still had a career. He's such an ass only other assh-les would be fans. I actually thought he was pretty slick, and I like that. But he's so unlikeable.
That mods have let this thread stay on classic should be an indication as to where his career is heading
