Sam Sexton, you look at his Boxrec and just think wtf. Nothing for ages, then becomes British Champion, then looks like he just turned up for the occasion against Hughie and promptly got dropped and stopped. Not seen in a ring since.

To be honest he sounds like a bit of a c**t. You never want to judge a book by its cover but you look at Ronnie and think 'hmmm' and then you read this and it pretty much removes all doubt.

Tom Baker was looking promising, won southern area and english titles, but hasnt fought since 2016.

Don't know if Con Sheehan has been mentioned or not but he seems to have disappeared.

 

Spoke to Bradley Skeete a couple of weeks ago, he’s at the Ingle Gym now and preparing for a final roll of the dice.

 

@Aydamn is the daddy on this thread along with Big Joan Fury who still has not entered the ring to fight Micky Theo.

 

I think he was already talking retirement before that fight, in fact I think some people thought he was retired when it was announced.

At the time of the Barrett fight he was talking about finally getting himself sorted out but that didn't prove to be the case. Pity because that was one of the fights of the year.

Hasn't fought in nearly a year, there have been so many Matchroom shows and he didn't feature on any of then, not clear why.

His name just never comes up, Eddie never mentions him interviews, Josh never seems to do any interviews and he's sort of turned into the invisible man. Pulled out of Avanesyan fight, it then got cancelled and 8 months on is still be be announced.

I know it is supposedly going ahead in 2021, but to be honest I will believe that when I see it. Still nothing official confirmed...

Strange because when he turned pro three years ago he had a lot more hype around his name, and more media coverage than Fowler, Okolie, Buatsi, etc.
