ruiz does have some ability, AJ made a rare mistake of picking a stronger stand in than his original (albiet his original was awful).

I see it close either way but stoppage is very poss/

There really needs to be a 'I'm sitting on the fence for this one' option as I really think there are far too many intangibles in this fight to come down strongly on 1 fighters side or the other.

I get that Ruiz won the first time round and should therefore have a huge mental advantage but, AJ has such huge physical advantages and I honestly feel that there is no one in the division that puts as much effort into his training as Joshua.

I also beleive that Joshua had no fear of Ruiz in the build up to their first fight and got the shock of his life as a consequence.

Ruiz is also the far more natural fighter and more durable. Me being a Brit I feel compelled to go with AJ but, it will be by the slenderest of margins

AJ has lost so much weight... he says he is punching harder

Tom Little also says he punches like a mule

Maybe he was too slow last time because he was putting on too much muscle for Miller to match Miller for strength and keep the 320 pound man off him

Now he looks really really slim

I'll go Ruiz again. I just watched the first fight again and Ruiz actually hurt Joshua a bit in the 2nd round with a right hand, commentators missed it. However Joshua did look like he didn't want to be there in the introductions.

Lifetime ban bettors getting nervous. Especially Joshua backers.
    I love it!

Did you guys not see the massive right hand that Joshua landed to try finish the fight after he knocked Ruiz down?
That was game over for me. If Joshua couldn't spark Ruiz out with that shot straight after a knock down, he never will.

He put Ruiz down with a great shot, and then followed it up with a killer right hand. A killer right hand that Ruiz ate flush, turned back around and went to work.

For what it's worth, I think Ruiz could stand up to Wilders power too...
Joshua punches just as hard as Wilder, but we get an unrealistic expectation given his limited level of competition.

Ruiz by stoppage between round 8-11

    I'm going Ruiz again.

I also believe Ruiz winning is far better for boxing and my sanity.

I'm picking Ruiz. AJ could spark him out early but I think it more probable Ruiz breaks down Joshua's defense and hurts him again.
