AJ is very overrated imo but I still see the rematch as a winnable fight for him.
AJ was absolutely reckless after dropping Ruiz and went both guns blazing looking for an impressive finish on american soil.

As we all know, Ruiz was having none of that gun show and wrecked AJ's chances with that temple shot and ensuing ass whoopin. Can Ruiz replicate his win? Yes, but AJ can rectify his loss by boxing at a more measured, calculated pace.

The rematch is more than likely going to be a snooze fest due to a safety 1st approach by AJ and Ruiz holding back not wanting to get caught and koed.

A little tip, try not pissing off the mods that let you promote your articles on this site. Which is usually frowned upon.;)

Teddy Atlas just gave Joshua the kiss of death for the rematch.
Ruiz Jr will be the #1 HW on the planet by next week.

Ben Davidson (Fury trainer) said he was surprised how well Ruiz was using "Catch and Counter" against AJ. Ruiz has a certain way of doing it that keeps him in the pocket - to keep punching.

CST pointed this out and I think it is a major factor why Ruiz may win again.

But yes - AJ does have a chance here - especially if the ref helps him like the Parker fight.

Both camps are happy with the ref, though.

OK you seem to have a nice pair of eyes for analyzing fights.

What in Fouts fight analysis is it that you dont agree on? Im thinking of the pre Joshua knockdown part of It until round 3.
