I am tired of hearing since the fight that this super hero, the super blob, can come in obese and has 0 effect on his performance. That he wouldn't do better if he was slimmer. Heard it over and over. Better not see this BS that he's too fat if he loses this time.

Won't hear it from me. Likewise if Joshua loses no excuses about him dropping too much weight.

Well..he's clearly set his eyes on the first half of the fight given the 280lbs weight, it's an all or nothing strategy.

It's a HUGE gamble. I don't think there will be excuses on that side. I think the excuses will come on the AJ side if he loses though. You can see the 'drained' comments coming down the tracks if he ends up losing. I'm actually on the AJ side but I'm gonna be clear: If Ruiz wins the second time, it is absolutely NOT a fluke. AJ will not be drained, cause he's been at that weight before (Granted it was a while back, but still) and he understands how to fight at that weight.

Hearn said in that video I posted in other threads that there's no excuses if Joshua loses, he had the best preparation and is the best shape of his career!

Did any of you watch the weigh in? Ruiz was fully clothed...sneakers, sweat pants, shirt and a sombrero that must have weighed 5-7 pounds.

I've never heard such a litany of excuses as those offered up for Joshua last time around. Nothing, ever, remotely like it.

There are excuses bandied about on the forum every time any fighter loses in any major fight.

So, whoever loses, you will definitely see excuses.

We all know that an overweight Ruiz beats a prime Joshua.

Now we get to see if a clinically obese Ruiz beats a prime Joshua.

No excuses I'm just saying the McRib is back. How convenient of Hearn to schedule the fight when he knows Ruiz has Hamadan

This will be easy work for AJ, he’ll stay composed on the outside and not get involved like he did against Parker

Lol. This is the biggest misconception. AJ tried to stay on the outside against Ruiz in the first fight but Ruiz knew how to close the gap on him. Its going to be a repeat

I had to lay some cash on Ruiz as the odds slipped.

    Let's go Fat Man!

I liked Ruiz, but no more. He blew it, and I suspect a short night. No excuses except for him not taking boxing seriously.
