He will be heavier because of natural occurrence he will not take a **** on fight night either so that would increase his weight.

That has nothing to do with draining i never once said this.

Calm response. Productive. Just what I’ve come to expect here. I think you missed your true calling working with small children. I was under the impression that a forum is a place to post opinions. Now I know they have to be asked for. Who asked for yours on OPs thread? Shut your mouth was a nice touch if a bit old school. All in all, I’d rate you seven Kyles.

Like I said, your opinion wasn't asked for or needed. But you couldn't keep your mouth shut could you?

Ruiz can clearly carry the extra weight and he has shown to be dedicated in the gym, even wheb his diet is completely off.
I think he has been working his ass off, but also enjoying life.

Prime Wlad would have dispatched this fatass easily and he would just be another "fat bum" "shitty defense". Come on, now. The dude is garbage. 282, lmfao. Totally lazy.

What are you talking about? I was speaking in generalities, merely trying to make a point. I put zero thought into any of these intricacies you're all obsessed with. I don't give a **** about details of this PED or that PED. I don't obsess on stupid **** like that. Never have and I never will. But my point still stands. PED's aren't miracle workers, it may enhance a performance, may make someone last a bit longer, but into doesn't change a fighter in every way, shape or form. If a fat guy has solid stamina before PED's he going to have really solid stamina after. If someone has crappy stamina, and they don't work on fixing the underlying causes, and merely take PED's to fix it, they're have slightly better stamina, but still suffer in that department.

Correct in a sense however if someone who has trained, and I mean proper training, has in the past progressively overloaded up to a certain muscle mass then stopped and lost it, will easily be able to pack back on a stone in three months if they started going back up the weights. Its called muscle memory, you don't ever lose the muscle capacity you built, it just shrinks and fibres become less dense but if you train and feed them properly they'll be back quickly.
