After the weigh-in Ruiz removed a huge chain with padlocks attached that was around his waist... is there no rules against messing with the weigh-in outcome?

Will team Ruiz have camel milk in the water bottles during the fight?

    Hmmm..... it’s possible.

unfortunately I think it’s probably more likely he’s cashing out but hope I’m wrong.

Of course! It's all a ruse. He's not a lazy tub of lard.
He will show up to the fight looking like this:

It's a legit tactic if you're a HW, and it's possible he's doing it here considering how he weighed in fully-clothed. Regardless, he's definitely not going to be that heavy on fight night. The issue is what his real weight will be. Anything from 260-270 is fine IMO.

It's necessary to wash down the
    Snickers Bars between rounds!

It's clear he isn't 283, but he certainly hasn't slimmed down either like all the reports beforehand. I think he's about 275-278, which means he's in worse shape as the first fight.

Clothes may account for 2 to 3 lbs at most, so yeah he's in worse aesthetic shape. I can't imagine being that heavy will enhance his performance.

I genuinely think this is all ruiz mind games.. He does the whole nice guy thing cos he is a nice guy but he's a sneaky ****er as well.... I think he's probably near enough the weight he was for the first fight... Just left all his kit on to make it look like being a champion has made him lose his hunger... **** with Joshua's head abit again

At least Fury had the decency to prove he'd piled on the pounds....

Clothing isn't armour. It's not very heavy. Ruiz really is this fat, I know it's hard to believe, but we have to try. Often life doesn't make sense. This is one of those occasions. It's hard to believe Ruiz can operate in high level sport. But it's happened.

If this was a mind game on Joshua it would be a pretty ******ed one. A better mind game would be to lose a lot of flab and come in with visible musculature, better shape than the first fight. That would increase intimidation. But it would require a bare minimum level of discipline.
Sending the message you're a lazy fat fck would only increase the confidence of your opponent in most cases. Joshua isn't going to underestimate him again, so he won't be tricked. He'll probably just think Ruiz will have less endurance, therefore giving him a mental boost.
