    Harsh for the clean ones, although they can compete i think, just not under their country's banner (Obviously not for the World Cup)

    Yes they can. When they never have been linked to doping and can show they have been tested regularly the past couple of years.

    Which i suppose is a silver lining, but it must feel like you're being robbed of representing your country on the biggest stage.

    How the euros are not identified as a major event or covered by this is laughable.

    The Olympic athletes as last time are cleared to participate under the netrual banner if there are proven to be clean
