Compared to other big heavyweight fights that’s dismal business and everyone knows it. Tyson Fury, the lineal champion, against boxing’s most lethal puncher, the people’s hero, the mental health champion, for the heavyweight championship of the world, does less buys in his own country than several Tony Bellew fights. Wasn’t the Wilder fight on at about 5am UK time in early December? Not really a fair comparison with Bellew in that case. He’d have obviously done better numbers had it been 10pm UK time.

It is, but you’re also an idiot. A fight that sells at the levels you suggest of course makes a nondescript ‘big’ amount of cash.
