I think it would be very foolish of him to come in with the exact same game plan even though he was highly successful with it in the first fight. That would be the same mistake GGG made in the Canelo rematch. Wilder will make adjustments of his own by being more patient, not wasting his punches and tiring himself out, I expect him to use his jab more. Maybe Fury can work on his power shots and punching more in order to surprise Wilder. Fury tagged Wilder many times in the first fight but was not able to hurt him, take advantage of it.
Switch hit more frequently, employ a variety of guards and stick out the jab a bit more? He relied more on his twitching and movement to deter Wilder's rhythm in the first fight. But I feel he needs to do just a little more of he's to stop Wilder zeroing in like he did in the 9th and 12th. Wilder's looking for one straight right hand, just one, constantly changing the angles, or the obstacles between the right hand and the target will slow down Wilder's ability to zero in and force him to take more chances. As for the jab, not only would it further disrupt Wilder attempts to find the one big punch, but it also provides a bit of insurance. I thought he beat Wilder by a wide margin because I thought Fury won every round without a knockdown (116-110). But many of them he only edged, and didn't make clear enough. Over the 36 minutes he only landed 6 more jabs than Wilder. That's not enough for a guy like Fury given his reach advantage and far better skills. If a round is close, you're giving the judges scope to take it away from you, which they certainly did last time around. A few extra jabs per round will help alleviate that and if you manage to swell up the eyes or open a cut, all the better.
It very difficult to pinpoint what exactly Wilder can improve on the rematch so I'll just take a shot in the dark. Maybe Wilder can learn how to box?
Adjustments?? Just do what he did last time and less showboating without letting his guard down to avoid getting knocked down. Fury schools Wilder. Again

Well said. Each round was won by a shot or two. I think the problem for us-will be how calm Wilder will be. He claimed he wasn't patient enough first time. I think that is why he (purposely) threw so few against Ortiz. 1. Luis' power is legit. 2.It seems he wants to find out if he can counter as well as land that right as a lead. I think he wants to see if he can force the Gypsy to come to him as opposed to chasing the Gypsy & get countered.
GGG actually changed his game plan and beat Canelo at his own game, so that reference is invalid. As for Fury. He doesn’t need to change much, if not for the fact that he needs to throw more, especially when Wilder tangles himself up with that lousy footwork. Many times he looked awkward and uncertain where to go under fire and that’s where Fury needs to punch more. Otherwise he’s got skills to do pretty much as he pleases, needs to be more active that’s all.
The same as he did last time without getting sloppy. 120-108 press/fans, 116-112 judges. But to be fair, Fury and not getting sloppy during the fight is as unlikely as Wilder learning to box.
