    Even though Ruiz's chins are distinctively asymmetrical, they still provide a cushioned forcefield to his primary inner chin

    This is kind of funny, but I think there is something to this. His girth (no homo), probably does lend a bit to him being able to absorb some heavy shots. He has no neck and I can't imagine any type of sustained body attack being effective against him.
