One of the toughest questions/arguments in boxing to me. Who is the best to never win it at HW? With the likes of Quarry, Norton, Byrd, Archie, Wills, Tua, Johnson, Wilder, etc etc? Who’s the best to fall short?

To me it’s between Archie, Quarry, and Byrd. Unless you consider Vitali non lineal which there is debate about.

Can't really include Wilder as he's still active and ironically enough will be going up against Fury next....

    Harold Johnson
    Ken Norton

Vitali and Norton would be on the short list.

Ahh true. Butttt is Fury still lineal? Think most people have AJ as lineal since Fury has retired.

H2H, it's Vitali, Ike or Tua.

For greatness, it's probably between Norton and Byrd, then Quarry and Wills.
