Also anybody know, will this be on Fuji or TV Tokyo or any of the other conventional channels in Japan that I can view through KeyHole, or is this going to be on a pay-subscription platform like Raise?

You still use Keyhole TV? Man...what channels are even on there still?

    Anyway...
TV Tokyo have totally dropped boxing
Fuji won't have it (they will have take delay cover of Teshigawara Vs Kawashima over the weekend)

Best bet would be some form of fancam...

The Raise schedule has nothing live in December but they have tape delay of the Japanese Heavyweight title fight, the Watanabe Vas Sitthidet card, Kudaka Vs Matsuo, Kobayashi Vs Chang and Ishida Vs Gonzalez

Ah, didn't know that about TV Tokyo...that would explain why the last several Japanese cards I've been able to watch (aside from somebody sharing an external browser stream) have all been on Fuji.. has TBS dropped boxing as well?

Yeah, ol' reliable Keyhole is still there, same lineup of channels it always had, still with the choppy quality and disconnects, but...I find it comforting, like an old teddy bear or something that stinks and has both eyes resewn on shoddily, but still has charm and is always there for you..

I'd be happy to purchase a sub for Raise if not so damn skint at the moment. As soon as I'm flush I probably will, actually (would rather give them my cash than DAZN or ESPN+, for sure)

TBS have the Ioka card at the end of the year, they also had tape of Mishiro Vs Kimura fight. They just show less as there's not as many stars they work with, Ioka, Tanaka (who's on TBS as they are an affiliate of TBS). They have a working relationship with Watanabe gym.

Fuji have Inoue, Murata, Kenshiro and working relationships with Ohashi and Misako

The alternative to keyhole is pricy as all hell but great quality (it's the service Asian boxing videos are downloaded directly from), but there are better...free options to Keyhole if/when you want them.

Raise I can't talk highly enough about.

Kashimi Gym wouldn't possibly stream tomorrow's card on social media, would they? Not something they've done before?

No! I don't think so. Japanese boxers are just well conditioned these days with scientific training.

Doubtful. He's very good, but not Teraji level.

Also he doesn't go by Ken Shiro anymore. Starting with this fight he's officially going by his real name, Kenshiro Teraji.

I'm not so sure man. Ken Shiro has a bit of "chinny'ness" over him IMO. And he didn't look particulary good in his last 4 or 5 fights. Very inconsistent. He definitely is the more skilled boxer and probably the better & more professional athlete but Petalcorin is big guy for 108 and also heavy handed, busy and relentless. Can easily throw +100 each round. And losing to Felix Alvarado isn't a shame. Alvarado belongs in the Top 10 p4p of the hardest punching individuals in boxing. I would pick Alvarado over Ken Shiro btw.

Wow what a way to end the year with duno, palicte, tapales and tepora losing. Petalcorin who will likely lose to teraji will be the cherry on top
