What's interesting is that we haven't seen a picture of him after the accident. He's hiding his face better than the Phantom of the Opera. I also don't believe he's the same after the accident. All this secrecy means the accident affected him more than he's letting out.
He said he was savage for surviving the accident. Maybe he left human civilization and is living like a wild animal somewhere.
He's been spending all of his free time thanking lord Jesus for every second he has above ground. That crash probably got him into a spiritual state of mind real quick. Got my man contemplating the what ifs.
If he needs 1 year off to recover so be it, he won't forget how to fight that's for sure, no need to be on social media talkin **** getting people's hopes up, he needs to recover.

he probably doesnt want to deal with people asking him wtf he was doing being in a situation like that. his grill is supposedly broke, so that might also be why hes laying low while in the shop. last i heard they were looking at returning in the spring.
Yep the grill needs to be right, spence will not return if he feels he cant get back to his best. If he does return look for him to be hungier than ever, second chance at life not many get.
