Yes.Bad work by the ref. Was a clear knockdown.

Byd did turn it around and closed comfortably though and that's what matters.

Yes. Even Bud's very good buddies Dre and Timachenko and Bud plum polisher extraordinaire Kellerman are in unanimous agreement it was a KD

Looked like a knock down to me but the ref doesn't have the luxury of watching a replay. It was so close that it's excusable that the ref missed it imo.

He got KD, got up and established his will and won...end of story...he is still the best WW and is time to get it on between Bud Crawford & Spence....

Yeah. It was a question, that I thought was debatable.

In my opinion, it was knockdown. Crawford has great talent and can fight at any range...but he has to fight a top guy one of these days.

The guy he beat is rated 15th at box rec. Welter is pretty stacked. Pick a top 5 guy next time. At age 32, Crawford can't wait much longer. I hope he's not one of these types who stays undefeated but beats no one good.

So who is it that does not want to fight... seems to me, Bud want to clean the division before retiring!

Agreed! He's turning out to be a modern day Calzaghe. Talent to spare, just never fought anyone in prime or close to his level.

No! I fully understand Buds situation. I just don't want to be like the Calzaghe fanboys talking about Bud and people throwing he fought nobodies in my face. I see the talent, but he needs a prime opponent soon!

We are in agreement... no Joe took a while to fight top opposition.... but when he did... we all realized how great this guy was!!! He made a believer out of me!
