The physical side, is what it is..., is what's inside he didn't inherit from his father.... as simple as that!! So perhaps, cojones is not associated with genetics, as it has been demonstrated by his career!

NO ! when a boxer wimps out and disgraces the sport like Chavez Jnr, they deserve the full venom of announcers and everyone else

    No sympathy at all

Then you have no business watching professional boxing. Both fighters go in trying their hardest to hit someone so hard they are knocked out or so badly hurt they cant continue. The blood part of the sport is what the vast majority go to see. It is what it is. There is no sugar coating what professional boxing is.

Also when you make an event out of it where the fighters are making life changing money, the fans that shell out the money expect a little bit more effort. I don't think there would have been that big of an uproar had Jr not pulled the stunt he did. This would have been different had he gone into corner and taken a knee and said I'm hurt and cant continue. Stayed for the after fight interview to explain what that injury was. Instead he high tail out of there to completely flip story. He couldn't even decide on the injury. He was in the fight. It was a close fight then all the sudden he stands in the corner and just had enough. Trying to come up with injury excuses. From broken hand, eye problem , to broken nose. To settle on quitting cause he said fight was full of foul from an excessive butts and elbows. The replay of the event showed no such thing to back his claim.

So yea the fan that were suckered in has a right to be ****.

Was the headbutt or elbow accidental or intentional

I don't see a reason for being intentional... with high hooks the elbow follows and in a heated exchange you could hit your opponent with your elbow particularly inside the pocket!

It's amazing how little criticism Jacobs got for fighting Chavez in the first place. Chavez was the guy top MWs/SWMs were trying to fight years ago for money when he still had credibility but was considered very beatable. To fight him now when he's not even active on the circuit and trainers don't even trust he'll make it through a training camp ... is laughable. The fact Chavez didn't have much motivation to fight after being fouled might be predicted by the fact he can barely stay motivated to be a boxer anymore.

I saw it as a stay busy fight. Canelo & 3G are the ones I hold a high expectation with or title holders.

It's a money fight. As big a money fight Jacobs can get right now. How can you be mad at that?
