I also think Bakole batters Tony Dosh PPV - seen more than enough in the Hunter fight even though he lost to a very good opponent.

Hunter looked one punch away from a KO a few times in that fight and Bakole should not have been in the ring that night according to his trainer due to undisclosed issues.

Bakole and Billy Nelson both dropped Joshua in sparring before, he wants none of that smoke....

A shocking match and made purely to get a couple of rungs up in rankings. Anyone would look good against Fujimoto so the match has shown nothing more than we already knew. There is talk of Daniel getting a world title shot in 2020 but we know what happened when Yarde stepped up too soon. As mentioned above, Daniel needs a few 10-20 guys before even thinking about the top 3. There were comparisons to Mike Tyson with his age during and after the fight, but Tyson had 541 boxrec points before his title win compared to Daniel's current 89. He is a mile off and considering the dearth of British heavy prospects there is no need to rush him into anything.

Regarding the dearth of heavyweights, we’ve been absolutely spoilt in last few years. We’ve got Joshua and Fury at the top of the tree. Dillian Whyte’s about too. They’re all relatively young for heavyweights. Dubois is only 22 and could be around the scene for another 15 years yet.

I would do the opposite, I would put him in with opponents who would make things uncomfortable for him and get him out his comfort zone, but who are not elite, so he gets to learn how to negate what they do and get off what he wants too. Opponents such as Takam, Kuzmin Jennings and Joyce. These opponents will improve him no end, but be competitive and take him rounds. If he is as good as we think he should win such fights, but will be a much better fighter for having fought them.

Heavy "prospects" Twenty, of which we have Daniel and no one else.

These guys would be too dangerous for him atm. All we,re really asking is the rung below that level next. Instead of the current list of basically part time fighters. Theres a chance he could beat all of them the now....but more than likely one of them will beat him atm. You dont stick boys like dubois in with takam if hes never really been tested before. Dubois basically hasn,t had any kind of crisis moment...probably hasn,t even been properly tired yet in a fight....hes barely took a punch back.... never really had to pace himself...
I,d imagine the last thing your wanting is your first crisis moment to be against someone like takam. These guys know the game. They know how to roll with the shots. Move the opponent around if needed. Know how to throw a heavy shot without putting much into it etc.

What would be the norm though of how frequent a potential British world champ comes through...one every 10 years, 2 maybe? The next big heavyweight prospect to come after Dubois is probably excited about Father Christmas coming in a few days and is sipping a fruit shoot. In the meantime we can enjoy Dubois developing, AJ, Fury, Whyte, Joyce, Bakole, H Fury and any ‘older’ amateurs who turn over.

    Not strictly true
Team GB has a few decent prospects
Hard to guess where they will go but prospects never the less

That's my point. And we've got commentators on telly who ought to know better mentioning a title fight and members here pitting him against the elite. It's absurd. Right now Daniel is a nugget of gold and could be good or very good. Why throw him to the lions before he is ready?

I think we have 3 and two of them are already 28 and 29 years old. They're already old men.

I think people are just excited about him and can see he could win a world title tomorrow if given the opportunity. That said, I also see the point of taking their time with him and stepping him up gradually. As Joshua found out, if you win a world title prematurely, you’re expected to maintain that standard of opposition arguably at the time when they are still relatively inexperienced. Dubois still has a fair bit to learn but he won’t learn from the likes of Fujimoto.

Tony Dosh PPV and puddened is much easier to hit and has zero punch resistance.

He will need to do a quicker version of Hughie The Skirt Fury but DDD will flatten him.

Why do you think Tony Dosh PPV has a CV containing a full service history of fighting either small and/or old puddings?

The only win of note was an old Wlad at 41 years of age with a full 18 months out of the ring - blimey this fringe pudding was even on the brink in that fight.

Eh Day says his shyte don't smell and the PPV mugths buy it at £24.99 per smell.

Does age rule out being a prospect?
