Margarito had a breif run as the top welterweight where his best win was cotto until it was discovered he was willing to put peoples lives in jeopardy loading his gloves and probably cheating other ways too. He's clearly nothing more than a run of the mill fighter without the bricks in his hands. He was realistically probably Hurd level on his very best day

The report the CSAC put out failed to include the "HARMLESS" part trying to cover their asses What were te red stains supposed to be ?? Cotto's blood ?? ROFLMAO I saw Tony's hands wrapped for Cotto 1 & there was nothing illegal in them either. Tony LEGITIMALLY kicked Cottos ass making him take a knee & QUIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Exactly this. I have trouble rating Margocheato due to the cheating. How good was he really? How many fights did he cheat in? Probably more than we will ever no.
