JCC Jr. Actually Looked GOOD Tonight...

Jacobs headbutts him twice at the 2:28 mark, elbows him at 2:21 and 4:12. There's more, these are just a few clips I found from the highlight video not the full fight.

Well no ****! Of course he will look good as he had probably more than 20lbs on Jacobs. He looked huge!

 

He did look good and certainly better than expected, specially if compared to his previous performances, but he quit so makes no difference.
When someone is fouling you, you don’t cry to a ref and quit, you do what my man Briedis did - fight back! Make them stop even considering pulling shady stuff.

Although Jacobs is a twat too, lost even more respect for him.

 

He lookEd better than he had in the past but still once DJ had him timed he said “Oh Nooo”

 

Oh yeah he looked great quitting on his stool just like his pops vs de la Hoya
X 2, at least his pops wore a bloody mask when he quit.

 

@lobk I await your response to the vicious elbows and headbutts that you can see in the highlight video.

 

Those are not headbutts and elbows. If you think those are headbutts and elbows. Then you just can't be helped. There has yet to be any one with an ounce of boxing credibility to say Jacob was headbutting or elbowing Jr in the fight. What you showed happens in every freaking boxing match when guys get on the inside. To even say they were vicious, LMAO.

 

Jacobs landed an elbow to the temple right after Jr landed that big right hand in the 5th round. Jacobs clearly went out of his way to angle the point of his elbow outward and upward hitting Jr flush. The one at the 2:21 mark in the video wasn't hard, but that elbow in the 5th was very hard.

The headbutts at the 2:28 mark didn't appear to hit him that hard, but you had Jacobs dipping down then coming up under Jr's chin. If you watch right before that 2nd headbutt, Jacobs shoulder hit Jr pretty hard right on the chin as he was coming up after dipping down. Jacobs lunged up with force after dipping down with both his head and his shoulder.

 

My last reply to this stupidity. You are seeing what you want to see. No one is agreeing with you. Type Chavez JR into any browser and all you see is Jr quit, disgrace.

 

Jr actually was doing well for the first few rounds but at 3:11 in the video after Jacobs got the better of an exchange with his combination punching and then yelled Come On at the end of the round is when Jr seemed to really lose heart.

 

Oh wow! If that’s all it takes to make this guy quit, SIGN ME UP!! I’ll fight that WIMP tomorrow!

 

And the amazing part is that even with Jacobs himself going out of his way to apologize to Jr for the fouls, and when faced with conclusive video evidence of the fouls occurring, you still have posters denying that the fouls occurred.

 

Robbery loss to Canelo? That match was a blowout. Jacobs was schooled by Canelo. Jacobs barely won a round over the first 8 rounds.
