Seen it today, Kudryashov won his fight against Pejsar on 2/3 judge's score cards despite being beaten in what should have been a pretty uncontroversial decision. Kudryashov's promoter called out the judges for the decision, saying they did him dirty as that kind of thing makes him and his fighter look bad - and even Kudryashov himself said he thought he had lost the fight.

Terrible that it happened, but if anything is going to put the spotlight on the integrity of judges - it's going to be the promoter and his fighter questioning it... big respect to both of those guys!

Totally agree although regarding the UK I’d focus more on the referees.

Kudryashov should have retired in the ring right after the fight if he got outboxed by a journeyman.

Respect to them for owning it.

DK had a nice career and can never be accused of not giving fans their money's worth, one way or the other. Probably time for him to hang 'em up.

If Kudrayashov was Mexican Sulaiman would of been straight on the phone saying it was a legit win and great performance....

Kudryashov's opponent was a journeyman with a 14-8 record. if he can't win against him, he should retire 100%... this was a regional fight in Russia, and Kudryashov was on the undercard. lol. he definitely received some CTE after that fight. his face looked absolutely smashed

I've always liked Ryabinsky and thought he was a class act. Same goes for Kudryashov who despite his rather intimidating countenance is actually an intelligent, amiable nice guy.

I'd like to see him retire now. He actually has 2 university degrees so it's not like he needs to fight.

Regarding his opponent Pejsar. I think he's a little better than his record suggests he is (not saying he's anything more than he is, just a little better). I remember having a gander at his record on Boxrec after he came over here and upset Craig Glover and noticing that he'd recently moved down from HW and that all bar 2 of his 7 losses (all of which were at that weight) were on points and his only 2 inside the distance ones came against much naturally heavier men like David Price and Sergey Kuzmin.

I also noticed that most of his victories up there came via stoppage. I think Glover and his team thought it was going to be an easy win for him after seeing those 7 losses on Pejsar's record and didn't factor in that the later could actually crack a bit and that he might actually be better suited to the CW division than he was HW.

Since moving down to CW Pejsar has upset Glover by stoppage in 2, dropped a decision to a Latvian prospect but he did score a KD which badly hurt his opponent (he was also dropped himself a couple of times by really nice body shots) and give them a really tough fight, and now he's been robbed against Kudryashov so the drop down to CW seems to have been a wise decision.

    Kudryashov's response was class too.

""I'm not a judge, and I'm not the one who is making decisions. I don't think I did enough for the win. Don't be angered, folks. I cannot fight (well) but I love doing it. Peace"

I will watch him against absolutely anyone. How someone with such little boxing background and such meandering technique is able to generate power like that baffles me

What? Robberies don't happen, it's all conspiracy talk by haters! The fighter and promoter must be haters who don't score ring generalship and eye catching slickness. Probably Bumlovkin and Vodkalev fans!
