Whyte has called out Ruiz Jr, Povetkin and Otto Wallin for his first fight of 2020 around mid-March to early April. He wouldn't mind nabbing a WBA regular title off Charr Either, if Charr doesn't mind fighting a peasant like Whyte. So how does each fight play out? Whyte vs Ruiz Jr Whyte vs Wallin Whyte vs Povetkin Assume an in-shape, prime Whyte like we saw against Rivas and Chisora ll
I can see Whyte deploying maximum violence to get to the front of a buffet queue. Beyond that, not so much.
Aydamn, during Dillian Whyte fights I picture you like Terry Crews in the 3rd Friday movie, giving the television the death stare saying "Dillian, Dillian, Dillian" and then doing effeminate dances throughout the rest of the fight........
No doubt he will be back in shape. Against Ruiz anything can happen. Don't know how Whyte will deal with Ruiz' angles and fast hands. Also, Ruiz can take punches to the head and his body size probably allows him to take quite some body punches of bodysnatcher too. Very tough fight for Whyte I think. 50/50. Against Povetkin I favor Whyte. If he lands 1 left hook or 1-2 combo, Povetkin is done. And with bodypunches, Povetkin struggled a bit against Hunter. And Hunter isn't one of the hardhitting guys out there. 70/30 for Whyte. Wallin would be waste of time I think, he got only 1 good fight against Fury and remains a nobody apart from that. Wallin should fight some guys like Breazeale, Charles Martin, Allen, Price and co. 90/10 for Whyte. I still wish that Santa brings me Ortiz - Whyte. 50/50. Anyway I strongly doubt that Whyte will get a titleshot in 2020, because AJ has his opponents already and Wilder shows no sign of interest to engage against bodysnatcher...
Pretty much spot on, but you missed out the parts where I curse Dillian Whyte haters and do my evil laugh when he emerges victorious. Which is weird really, because I do tend to remind you as I log on here immediately post fight. But mad respect for Friday films! Too funny
Rightfully he should be getting the Wilder/Fury winner but that wouldn't be likely until the end of 2020. A Ruiz or Wallin fight could be taken in the interim. Povetkin and Hunter need to rematch IMO so I don't consider Povetkin a real option.
Think he would definitely dispatch Povetkin and Wallin, Ruiz if he hasn’t now fallen further off the cliff, would be a good fight.
It's okay, I know you only have 5 megabytes storage space in your brain, and you've chosen to fill it with Ortiz You are at capacity.
Whyte Vs Wallin - Whyte brutally KO's him within 3 rounds Vs Povetkin - could go either way. Vs Ruiz - could go either way. As for the other fights mentioned in this thread such Ortiz and Charr, both similar standard I reckon Whyte will KO in the middle rounds
Whyte beats Charr and Wallin Povetkin would be a slight favourite over him, if he doesn't tire he wins this. Ruiz is a fun fight, could go either way.. Ortiz is just a nightmare stylistically for Whyte. His southpaw stance will make it difficult for whyte to land his trademark left hook. Technically Ortiz is better as well, don't know how Dillian can beat the old man.
Yeah, if you’ve lost more rounds to Dereck Chisora than than Ortiz has lost in his career, you don’t have a great chance against Ortiz.
