    Was Nicky Piper not intelligent in the ring just lacked ability?

    Clev has a 2-2 in a maths degree from a weak uni, he's no genius, that gets blown outta proportion a bit

    Tho to be intelligent in the ring u need to learn from ur mistakes and learn from difficult fights, Clev bought into his own hype after being fed taxi drivers for x amounts of defences.... We will see how intelligent in the ring more so after he comes back from that defeat

    All the Klitchskos did to get a PhD was write a thesis about sports health or something like that. No doubt they smart tho. Gene Tunney hung out with many prominent writers of that time.

    Ring IQ imo comes down to a few factors: experience, adaptability, ability to control the opponent, use of all aspects the ring (fighting off the ropes, feints dirty tactics ect). So the guys imo do these things best are:
    #1, Ezzard Charles
    #2 Willie Pep
    #3, Benny Leonard
    #4, Miguel Canto
    #5, Floyd Mayweather Jr

    HMs - Ray Leonard, Carlos Ortiz, Luis Rodriguez, Bernard Hopkins ect
