I’m not saying Tank isn’t a great talent but you can’t call his power and ability to finish as rare when he has only fought sub par opposition.

 

Manny pulverized nearly everyone up through 140 (minus Marquez, Morales in the first fight, and Agapito Sanchez). Manny pummeled guys into submission and did it against higher level guys than Tank. And Manny did it at the lower weight classes before he had perfected his craft (when he was still rugged).

Manny was a harder hitter in his prime than Tank. Tank is a very hard hitter though.
