I think they just went straight on secondary market mate. Got in loads of times and none of these sections which are now on stubhub were available. Got in multiple times over a 40 minute period too not just once or twice. They definitely weren’t on there.
Is it like this for all Vegas fights? Always wanted to go to a big Vegas fight but not up for getting ripped off.
I think so. Well all the big ones anyway. I seem to remember something stupid like only 500/1000 actually went on sale for Mayweather Pacquiao (or maybe even McGregor). Hopefully it comes back and bites them on the arse. Prices are already dropping. They were just under $1,000 when I first posted, now down to $655. The arse will drop out of these over the coming weeks. I wouldn’t worry for now
I thought Warren had nothing to do with Tysons plans moving forward You Warren haters need to make your mind up
Yeah there have been stories before about touts selling tickets for the big fights for hardly anything because nobody would pay. Pretty sure Lewis v Tyson was one where people were selling tickets for next to nowt
I fully expect him then to be criticising the fact tickets are on stub hub. He does it with other promoters shows.
Oh i agree, it would be hypocritical not too But lets not pretend you dont pick at these things when it comes to Warren Look,Franks a grade A weapon when you list his list of dodgy crap he has done But i just dont understand your WWF vs WCW fan mentality when it comes to British boxing promotions Boxing is boxing, a fights a fight Ever since the Wilder vs Fury match was officially announced you have been very negative about the whole thing Enjoy the fight no? Whatever floats your boat i guess Happy new year
Absolutely and well said. When a good matchup is made, promoters, managers and networks can get to ****. Who cares? Enjoy the action. The winner of a big matchup generally moves on to a bigger matchup so the sport wins in the end and that's all that matters.
Anyway the fight apparently sold out in eight minutes. I know there's all that secondary market stuff but I wonder what the gate money is in comparison to other vegas superfights.
LOL. He hasn't reached that stage of the grieving process yet. He's left the "it's not signed" stage and is currently lost in the "someone will pull out" stage. I'll ask em fight week when he reaches the "oh **** this is actually happening" stage.
