Did anybody see the December 28th 2019 match? He won that fight against Pascal, but Jean is just too "popular". i knew the judges would grant him a victory. This isn't the first time it's happened to Jack.
I just watched a bit of the Davis fight. Haven'ts seen Pascal's win yet. Wondering was Jack in usual form? (where he starts off slow and built momentum too late?)
that’s exactly what happen it’s bad luck when it happens once or twice but Jack has to not lose all of the first half of the fight if he want to cry robbery in close fights. I’m a huge fan of Jack but Pascal killed him with activity in the first 5 rds and dropped him in the 4th that was a huge hole to come out of. Typical Badou Jack fight
Guys like Hopkins had an excuse for turning it on late (age) none for Jack. Even worse is that Pascal is considered a fighter who gasses out. Then fights on heart. Jack IMO is a solid boxer who seems to lack a sense of urgency. What a shame.
He also got some good luck along the way, though. He had some good luck against Groves (Groves' **** trainer, Froch KO PTSD and home promotion), some good luck against a cashing out mentally shot Cleverly, and he got Degale just at the critical point of decline too. If he'd fought those guys in different conditions he would have likely lost.
This was not a robbery, it was a close fight for sure but Jack always loses to many early rounds before he gets going. This has happened time and again and he doesn’t learn to start fighting at round 1. He only has himself to blame
and he quite clearly lost round 7 too. gave pascal 1-5 and 7 FOR sure as well as giving him 9 as well. Jack lost 1-5 on all 3 cards and with good reason he did (badou) Jack ****.
