You mean like Pac who still got Vegas decisions over JMM besides the last one when he was the KO victim of the decade.

I think Ward takes it cause he won the super 6 and then moved up to defeat Kovalev even though it was controversial.

Fighter of the decade implies someone who has fought throughout the decade and ended it as an active and relevant fighter or fight close to the end of it. You can't be FOTD of you haven't had a competitive fight in 3 years.

In any other sport player of the year is not someone who was hot for half the season, it's the best player over the whole campaign. No reason for FOTD to be different

    Floyd.

Beating two guys who would land near the top of a FOTD list makes him a lock for the list even if he only fought once against an unrated guy in the last half of the decade.

A lot of Pacquiao haters popping up on this thread please don't forget that he is already a fighter of the decade.

The only reason these other guys are in the run for it is that Pac has been past his prime for the last 10 years.

I don't like Ward, but it would be absurd to not have him as Fighter of the Decade.

PBF should have gotten it last decade and was the better fighter then as Pac was still going life and death with JMM and losing to a shot EM.

But Ward only fought FOUR times in over in over FIVE years during the decade & those were against club fighters not contenders. Not even going to mention the Kovalev fiasco fighte

Of course it's a fiasco to you except when it's a fighter you like. You said, Horn mauled and roughed up Pac he cheated the ref cheated. Ward mauled and roughed up Kovalev he cheated and the ref cheated. You said Maidana beat PBF's ass the ref did a fine job, the same ref who called Ward-Kovalev 2 I might add Tony Weeks. You're a hypocrite of the highest order. Whenever a fighter you like more loses you cry make excuses and conspiracy theories. I have yet to see you give a fighter you hate their due when they win. Crawford you'll talk about the cold eyed assassin thing despite him beating the **** outta guy or shutting them out in a win. Canelo wins you make excuses, PBF wins you make excuses Ward wins you make excuses I could go on and on. You're like a broken record. At some point you just have to give a guy his due and move on without making a ton of excuses in the process.

Dude he lost I know it makes you feel better to live in this fantasy that GGG dominated but he didn't, also GGG didn't become a REAL Chano until Gesle at best he has 8 real defenses GGG is a hypejob on the level of Broner only Broner stepped up sooner to get exposed
