If you watched the All Access episodes prior to the Pac/May fight, Roach was asked why the fight took so long to materialize and he said point blank that Manny didn't feel comfortable getting blood taken so soon before a fight. Felt it would make him weak. Roach said this. It's on video. FM not the only one to blame.

They really do. It's all there for them in cold hard facts. Pac didn't want random blood testing he pulled out of talks ducking a prime PBF went on to fight Clottey a fight no one wanted and PBF was left holding the bag and had to fight P4P #3 Mosley. The rest is history.

 

Facts are Pac accepted random blood and urine testing up to 3 weeks before the fight and then another test right after the fight which by any logical parameter means he could not benefit from PEDs without getting caught.

The type of testing is what ruined the fight, and the testing was requested up by Floyd, not by Pac. If they had stuck with the same testing everyone else was going through the fight would have been made but Floyd wanted it to be his boys at USADA.

Pac was so good in those days Floyd thought he was on PEDS that's the truth.

 

Pac wouldn't test for PBF for the fight of the era and a career high payday but would test for Rios years later? What kind of sense does that make? If you're clean and have nothing to hide you test no excuses.
