TT went the distance with Lewis, and Tyson, whilst winnimg or tying a few rounds against them, does he have what it takes to beat The Rock?
    15rds?

Marciano via some form of decision. He was a much more fleshed out pressure fighter and swarmer than Tyson, who much prefered to blow his opponents out of the ring in the early rounds

Tbh I don't think the Tyson fight is a good comparison. Tyson used his feet, head-movement and counter punching to open people up, Marciano just went for it.

Tucker was a good boxer, but was more of a fight to survive moreso than win type guy. Marciano's workrate would take over, whilst Tucker kept backing off. He'd probably try and use spoiler tactics, and definitely would go the distance, but I can't see him winning, or even winning as many rounds as he against Tyson, despite having Tyson as the better fighter by quite a bit.

I can see Tucker landing a few eye-catching counters, but not doing enough to successfully win more than 1 or 2 rounds.

    Marciano UD15(14-1)

Marciano pounds on Tucker then 1 punch KOs him in 7. Tucker was just a lazy fighter. Unlike Tyson, Marciano doesnt settle. KO!!!!!!

Thought it was less obvious than Tyson, Marciano had his own systematic way of breaking a fighter. His crouch, guard and dart/dash would be key here against the 6'5 Tucker

I somewhat agree, I believe he was only like that against great/devastating fighters (like Marciano), but it's best not to overgeneralize.

    I'll take Marciano UD 10-2ish, over 15 13-2 with a knockdown

I find it closer over 12 7-5/8-4 type of cards and I don’t think it goes 15. Rocky stops him 13-15 under that scrnerio

I agree with those saying Marciano pounds out a decision win. Tony’s size and survival tactics make it difficult though

Tucker takes him out 7. One of his lesser victories.

Tony TNT Tucker reminds me of a modern day Ernie Terrell, tall and a plodder. Rocky Marciano pounds out a lopsided unanimous decision. Rocky would be very relentless, and would not let Tony breathe. Tucker would be backing up the whole fight, trying to survive the onslaught. Marciano would get underneath Tony's long reach. His body would be hit like a heavy bag in the gym.

Marciano puts the pressure on Tucker. TT has some good rounds but most go in favour of the Rock.
    Marciano by unanimous.

Could you please stop these virals? You know RBV got isolated pretty fine atm, lets try keeping outbreaks at min. 2020.

In the 80s, Marchegiano would fight Oscar Rivadeneyra, David Sears or Michael Spinks. Maybe Henry Tillman, Ricky Parkey, Ocasio, Qawi or DeLeon.
He don´t need to go against the Tuckers and other fit young real HWs.

    Give RBV no chance. Thanks.
