I'm not going to add a pole because I want people to explain why or why not. In this case I want to see why not as I think he has done enough to deserve it.
Yes, he fought an absolute motherload of elite fighters between 168-175, beat some and lost some, but always put up a fight and he did it for a long time. 2x world champion at LHW. Never backed down from anyone, always fought the best at their best time. Always a fan-friendly type fighter who was never in a boring fight and was dangerous every second of every fight. Was never close to being one of the most skilled in his division, he got to where he was on talent, heart, balls, and determination. NEVER kicked it in, would need to be put to sleep or ref would have to stop the fight, quit didnt exist to Pascal.
I'd say no, but if I had my way there'd be very few admitted to the HOF so I accept others could make a case for his inclusion.
Not famous enough to be in the hall of fame (like some did), and not a great fighter (just pretty good) to deserve his place based on his boxing abilities.
Getting his pants pulled down by old man bhop kinda makes me think twice. Maybe if he has one more big win in him
There's plenty of glass-jawed fighters or ones who sport below average punch resistance in there that you could kick out to find places for real men like Captain Jean-luc Pascal.
