Looks like Tim gonna get his chance to school Jeff in the classic scene of young lion who was overlooked destroying the old war horse

Here's the catch though, the old war horse, isn't old. This is way too big a step up for Tim, he's going to be mangled. Quite frankly I'm not sure he'd beat Zerafa. It's going to be the classic scenario of young kid gets pushed too hard too soon, and get battered by the far more seasoned pro, that most naively though was past it.

LMFAO, young lion? Tszyu is overrated as ****. Without his name he wouldn't be even recognized. He's average. And he's not as big as Zerafa.

Horn Decision. Maybe KO. Although it depends a lot on promotional issues and the venue. But Horn definitely has a good chance to win.

Horn wins this at this stage imo. Tszyu's too green to deal with Horn's relentless come forward roughhouse style at this stage. Horn should be looking at bigger fights anyway tbh. In a couple of years time this could be a genuine big fight.

Apparently the fight is going to be in Brisbane with a 60/40 split in Horn's favour.

It seems like a poor decision by Tszyu's management although they're the ones who have seen Junior spar with the likes of Pacquiao & Besputin last year, both of whom went on & won world titles.

Horn's susceptibility to cuts & late fade outs give Tszyu a decent chance but I don't see why they're taking on this level of risk this soon.

Junior was building an audience & raking it in as it was. There must be big money on the table.

    Sparring is sparring tho.
We just recently heard great things about Bilal Akkawy. Got absolutely smashed by Ryder. No shame in loosing to Ryder, but still.

Sparring is sparring although the word is that when Junior Tszyu goes to Freddie's Roach's gym, the guys there do their best to knock his head off.

Junior Tszyu had a big year last year which potentially has laid a platform for a big step up in class this year. Presumably that's why they're willing to go to Brisbane to face Horndog. Well, that & money.

Junior fought four times last year, twice against live opposition, had two specialist training camps in the US at the Mayweather & Wild Card gyms & did the Manny Pacquiao training camp, both in the Philippines & America. That's a lot of action to squeeze into one year.

I think Junior Tszyu beats Horndog, even in Brisbane & notwithstanding that it's a big step up in class for him. The reality is that Horndog has effectively been stopped in three of his last four. If he fades badly against Tszyu the way he did against Zerafa, it will become four of his last five.

...kinda BS that Zerafa doesn't get a rubber match first, tbh.

Horn seems to be generally disliked after his win over pac but I’m a fan. I like his bloody face and rough housing style. A mans man

I remember something about Horn's team saying before the rematch that if he won, that would be it, and Zerafa could go screw himself?

I hope not haha. Was @MidniteProwler your source lol? Obviously there was the drama with Zerafa not being allowed to face Murata and having to rematch Horn for significantly less but hopefully they get it on again. Its certainly a fight everyone wants to see again but then again if there's no money in it for Horn, you can see why they'd wanna duck the fight.
