Beating a 23yo Canelo is the best win of the decade!?!? Do you realize before the Mayweather fight, Canelo's biggest win was over Austin Trout!?!?

And that somehow makes Floyd beating canelo the biggest win of the decade.. okey dokey...

 

Do you realize that PBF was 36 in his 5th weight past his best? I see you don't bring that up. Canelo had over 40 fights was the champ at 154 and was top 10 P4P ranked. Call me when Canelo at 36 fights a young undefeated lineal champ who's P4P top 10 ranked and puts on a clinic. Hell no it's not easy. Yes it was an excellent win that looks even better now that Canelo is the new king of the sport.

So let me get this straight, if Genaro Hernandez a long time champ had beaten and shut out the young star in PBF it wouldn't have been a great win? Is that what you're trying to tell me? Of course it would have been a great win and PBF was even less accomplished than Canelo was at that point.

 

It’s interesting that you’ve spent so much time on this topic this week, but Shane was still pfp 3 and champ at 147 and Mayweather’s win over Canelo is still completely unique and one of the best wins of recent times. And some clown named Lance is still totally irrelevant in boxing journalism.

 

It would be a win over what Floyd was AT THE TIME, a highly rated up and comer. Is this too cryptic for you to understand? You get credit for beating the opponent AT THE TIME YOU BEAT THEM. FFs... how is this going over your head?!?!

I have a hard time picking between Ward and Canelo. Except Kovalev, Ward was a dominant fighter in his best wins. Canelo has struggled in his best wins. But Canelo has fought better opposition and fights totally clean, so he is allowed to struggle more.

 

It would be a great win Genrao was the older fighter facing the young rising star. Just like Salido beating Loma was a great win it's not different both Salido and PBF's wins have aged beautifully that can't be denied. Canelo had over 40 fights had beat Trout who just beat Cotto he was P4P ranked it was a great win. You can hate all you want to but it's one of the biggest reasons why PBF is a finalist for fighter of the decade. Who else has beaten Canelo?

 

Solido beating Loma was NOT a great win FFS. Did you erven see the weigh tissue with that? Of course, you think Floyd cheating JMM is a great win too, so go figure.

It would have been a decenbt win for Genero, based on Floyd's standing AT THE TIME. ****.. do you still now see how that works??!

 

PBF beating JMM in a tune up fight was a good win, not a great win but a good one. Yeah Salido beating Loma was a great win. Who has beat him since? Loma was hyped as the best am ever and being fast tracked as the second coming for a reason he was and still is the goods.

BTW GGG never beat Canelo, he's 0-1-1 against him.

Yeah it was a good win PBF took a tune up against an ATG and shut him out. Who else has dominated JMM like that? Pac sure as hell didn't.
