    Looks like taylor had big plans to sign with top rank and maybe unify with Ramirez in an undisputed showdown and move up to 147 and take on one of boxings best p4p fighters.

    However all that may be on hold

    His old promotional company cyclone promotions. publicly stated today that he does not have permission to leave and is still under contract

    I like taylor i really do . i think he can do big things in this era bigger things .

    I think he can move up several divisions.

    However i think promotional issues could prevent that .

    My biggest concern is him parting ways with Shane McGuigan who's a really good trainer and was a great fit for him. Who's he going to hire to replace him?

    Taylor wants a fight with the other big names on the Top Rank roster.
    Is it dirty? No
    Is it right? Probably not
    Im sure Cycylone promotions is either gonna get a big pay check to settle or they'll sue Top Rank.

    We should know how this goes.
    Not the first and not the last time this will happen.

    Its boxing not the UFC.

    I hope Arum lands Taylor so that I can see him on ESPN on the regular. Plus, the move should pave the way for a Ramirez showdown (which I believe Josh will win in a firefight).

    Wish he would have signed with PBC so many better options when he moves up to 147. He has Ramirez I guess at 140 and Crawford waiting for him when he gets to 147 though.
