The size advantage in Taylor's end makes it very interesting. Loma might have just enough to eek out a decision win but it's hard to say. 140 is really pushing it for him. If he beats Taylor it would really be an incredible feat.

Excellent observation. Folks like to prattle on about how Loma "gets hit," when in reality it is remarkable how little he gets caught clean considering how much time he spends in the pocket, at close range, and applying pressure to his opponents. If Lomachenko elected to adopt a safety first, defensive minded posture, the kid would be almost impossible--with his foot speed and educated movement-- to hit.

As for the a prospective Taylor fight, I lean toward the Scot due to primarily to his physical dimensions.

If he hits you often enough he will open you up enough to KO you.

Campbell was much bigger than him, remember.

There's less than a 1% chance imho.not saying he couldn't beat Taylor though.

I don't care how skilful Loma is, once he deals with Lopez, I want him to drop down. He's a small, short armed fighter.

Taylor is granite chinned dance and never been dropped ams or pro's.its not a dig at loma btw who imo doesn't need to go up to 140.

Loma's max is 130, he fights above his size at 135. 140 is too much for someone not on peds who can use chin and judges to win fights.
