I have absolutely no idea what this refers to, but at a guess it will be some aspect of your behaviour on the forum which was previously censured to your displeasure?
So many people like to comment about the man that know very little. Apparently know very little about boxing and the skills involved with the sport. Apparently the only skills that matter aren’t really skills but being extremely heavy is the most important thing followed by height followed by reach. I don’t mind if you think Rocky losses fights to really great fighters based on some semblance of an explanation. But so many clowns that denigrate his record, skills, abilities and character. It’s a joke and you don’t see it with lesser fighters. That’s what boils my blood.
Yes, it’s all rather amusing. It seems to hurt some folks that my pick in this thread seems to be in the majority this time, even the ones who agree with me!
I think it's fair to say Marciano is the lifeblood of the forum. He turns it over like no man and is easily the most discussed, critiqued and scrutinized fighter in here x multiple. He's left Tyson for dead. Who would have believed that some 65 years on he'd be the lineal King of ESB discussion? One wonders, if there's such a thing, what he would be thinking looking down
It's where repressed adolescent fantasies overtake reality and leave it far in the rear mirror. It's the assault on logic that is so offensive. Tell me more of your magical Italian leprechaun and his inhuman powers...
Won't happen so they'll have to be content pretending that the successes of "small" heavweights like Wilder and Usyk show how utterly nimportant size is once people get above the magical 185-lb threshold. If those tiny 6'3/6'7, 78-in/83-in, 215lb+ guys can beat today's behemoths...
You really think that on average, in this forum, Marciano's biggest boosters know more about the sport and the skills involved in the sport than his biggest skeptics do? You can't possibly.
The fantasy of a face first, unbalanced, uncoordinated, technically inept, feet crossing, slow, clumsy fighter being the heavyweight champion with a handful of defenses? Ah, but I gaze dreamily.
