Jiro, in my opinion, is one of the best H2H you can get at 115. I would not favour Arbachakov over him. Jiro was amazingly educated on his feet, with the added southpaw advantage, had good power and strung his combinations exceptionally well, alongside his boxing ability. He also had a good defense and faced some of the best 115 had to offer, whilst Jiro would quite easily be the best, highest quality talent Arbachakov ever shared the ring with, alongside the moving up in weight here(?).

Yuri's best bet is to catch a Jiro who was in his lazy, can't be asked phase, but this is obviously a H2H match up.

I see the bout beginning quite cagey at first, as both would stake you out, and Yuri had a habit of sometimes not taking the lead when needed. I then see Jiro working his way around Yuri, hitting him lefts and turning the angle, and hitting with shorter punches closer inside, where Yuri was vulnerable.

Of course, this would be a great, competitive fight, but I can't see Jiro losing here, at either 12 or 15.

Bump for an actually good H2H match up.

I'm hoping someone else will respond as well, but I agree w/the Wantanabe prediction.

Just the more dynamic and versatile of the two. As you alluded to, he could infight, which wasn't really a strong suit of Yuri's. I also think Wantanabe had the better defense and chin between the two, so in exchanges he'd figure to have the edge.
