Joe hits hard, there's no debating that. And yeah, probably in the Beterbiev realm, especially if he lands flush.

Hart was actually ranked in the top 10 by all the governing bodies and was ranked as high as #3 by the WBO and #4 by the IBF. I've heard Zurdo is trying to wriggle out of his contract with Top Rank so if things get messy there we could see Smith vs the WBO #2 ranked Salamov for the vacant belt which would be a winnable fight for him from the little I've seen of Salamov.

I think Joe could beat the entire WBO Top 5, he knocks this version of Kovalev spark the **** out. Zurdo was rocked several times by Hart and Roamer Angulo. Joe is a bad stylistic matchup for him especially this super aggressive version. The toughest opponent for him from that group is actually Vlasov.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if he did. I don't like Vlasov back down at this weight after campaigning up at CW for all that time. I don't think he's a natural CW but he did look strong and was on like a 11-0 (10 KOs) streak up there prior to running into Glowacki, whereas he looks a bit weak and lacking in power to me now that he's back down at 175, so Smith might have the beating of him too.

I agree, Vlasov is back to lacking power and you didn't look all that great against Chilemba, he looked great at for cruiserweight, and I actually thought you should have had a draw against Glowacki, but yeah, that wasn't his best performance. But I think you're right, Vlasov may very be a weight drained ktfo waiting at happen.

I don't remember how I scored Vlasov vs Glowacki or even who I had winning

Edit: I just dug up a post of mine from the RBR

I think Vlasov is too big for 175 now but not big enough to be considered a natural CW. I think he'd fare better up at the later than the former now though

Hart has not recovered from two close defeats to ramirez

On paper a guy who has been outclassed a few times should be easy pickings for Hart, but Smith wanted it more tonight

Wilder is the hardest p4p even with being a heavyweight. Wilder can look like dog **** for an entire fight and land one shot.

As for Joe Smith he is a blue collar fighter with great power he might punch harder than beterbiev I dont know the 3 biggest puncher at this point of their careers at 175. Callum johnson, Joe Smith Jr, Beterbiev.

    in no order ^

Yeah, and why is that? Because Hart is a REALLY SHITTY BOXER. Like shittier than Joe Smith Jr. shitty. Where are you guys getting this quite frankly frighteningly delusional notion from that he's some master craftsman? Have you ever actually watched one of his matches?

after round 2 I messaged my friend. "not sure if Smith goes all the way but if I ask myself 'who has a better chance versus the champs' it was Smith for sure"

They happen to be 2 of my three favorite Light Heavyweights, along with Callum Johnson. And favorite boxers in general. I don't like watching people I really like beat each other up.:nonono
