you remind me of my friend that cried when Razor Ramon and HBK wrestled and he cried because he liked them both.

Yep, 3 almost 4 pages in and nobody can point to another active fighter who is like Joe Smith. Who else can hang in with world class opposition with the only thing going for him is power?

    He's crude as can be.

Clearly the hardest puncher in the sport p4p.

He stopped Hopkins. He must punch extremely hard.

For the Brits -- who hits harder Callum Johnson or Josh Buatsi? Just power so timing, accuracy, everything else is left out.

As for OP's premise, I absolutely agree that he is for his division. You literally can't count him out vs. anyone regardless how much better they are. Gvozdyk actually ate a number of murderous shots by Beterbiev and didnt even pause or flinch until the late rounds. Very good and underrated chin. But I can't stop picturing Smith taking his head clean off with one punch in the first few rounds, probably the first punch he lands. And like some other posters, my favorite LHW's are probably Gvozdyk, Johnson, Smith, Beterbiev.

Smashing Hopkins through the ropes in video game style was a gift to the world. Thank you, Joe Smith.

You think Inoue punches harder p4p. Not a chance. A guy with his precision should have taken 36 year old Donaire's head off if he was the biggest puncher in the sport. But Donaire kept looking at him like give me more, it doesn't hurt, I'm ready for more.
