Dillian Whyte says Wlad Klitschko KOed Deontay Wilder out COLD in sparring

Even if that's true, so what?
Lots of stuff happens in sparring. Obvioulsy Wlad couldnt even so much as stun Fury, while Wilder had him down twice, and he needed all the mercy of God to get back to his feet, and hes never looked the same since.

If wlad thinks he is so tough he should come out if retirement and come to alabama to fight Wilder and dillian can come watch him get destroyed

 

Who cares? its just sparring.

 

He wasn't ready for Wladimir in 2015, and then Wlad wasn't champ anymore. They did bring Wilder along slowly in his early defenses and you are entitled to criticize him for that.

My opinion is that it was due more to Haymon trying to build up the PBC brand, which included their absurd attempt to create a new "PBC HW Title." They included it on one of the posters and I'm sure you can find it if you look.

Today's Wilder would have a better shot against 2015 Wlad than he does today's Fury, who is a very difficult matchup for him.

 

I say Team Wilder - rather than just him - took the path of least resistance wherever they could and whilst he's obviously a major part of that it's hard to know if it was him, his team or both that didn't have much confidence in him taking more chances on his way up.

 

Wilder's team cares. They keep him away from good fighters since then.
He did worse vs Fury than Wallin.

 

So Whyte tells a sparring story that goes some way to explaining why Wilder never really pursued a fight with Wlad and you get all upset about it and say the now mid 40's retired champ should come and fight Wilder in Alabama?

Get a grip on yourself Mr. Smith.

Whyte should come to America and stalk Wilder like Briggs stalked Waldo!! Beyoncé will get his panties in a wad and agree to the fight then it'll be KTFO 1 with Whyte twitchin' on the canvas!!

Imported sparring partners having a tough time is as old as Boxing. They go to other Fighter's gyms for experience and are seen as fair game by the A-Side Fighter.
Some guys take it easy on the hired help. Ali was notoriously easy on his sparring partners which was a big reason why they would go back and work with him fight after fight. Foreman, Frazier and Tyson used to wreck their partners.
Later in their careers, these lessons, if absorbed, are of huge benefit to the sparring partner. Most stories stay in the gym although they have been known to creep out. It is well known that Tony Sibson gave Alan Minter serious problems and an open secret that Howard Eastman badly sparked Herol Graham.
I wonder what Wilder learned from Wlad.
