Take it get pasts it ? Makes no difference

All of em. Louis ,moore. Walcott just jabbed and rocky stopped them .

The jab is the only weapon they had against him that night

So how do you think. Marciano holmes would go ...?

Holmes gonna jab his head off??? Move around??

That blue print had been tried many times .. Marciano bombed them through

My take is that Holmes was stronger and tougher than Marciano and would win both at range and in the trenches.

Tried by whom? Old men whose wheels fell off after a few rounds?

If you read the press before the Walcott bout, nearly every writer pinpoints Walcott's legs being the deciding factor, mostly that they would be in danger of failing him and leaving him with no choice but engage in a shootout with his younger opponent. They knew it then but somehow we have forgotten it now.

I just simply said that style plays into marcianos advantage. Thats all

    It would be competitive

Yeah because Marciano fought a rake of prime 6'3" 215lb heavyweights with all time great jabs and 80" reaches ,not to mention great uppercuts to go with it!

Some of us haven't forgotten I have those 50's Ring's in which they were referring to Jersey Joe as," Old Man River "
