    1. Fury beating Wlad in the later's backyard albeit a past prime Wlad

    2. 40% Fury beating 100% Bootleg D in his backyard

    3. Fat Andy beating a disinterested and deathly ill 50% AJ at home in the US

Obviously AJ>>>>>Bootleg D but Fury had simultaneously been dragged out of the drunk tank, an opium den, a mental institution, a 2.5 year long All-you-can-eat-buffet, and the graveyard when he took Bootleg D to slick school.

    Yes he does.

He also has the most embarrassing loss since he got that win...

    Public School Education ?

Operation market garden? When they were totally washed up but still won ?

One could qualify Monte casino as a win too.

Fury's win over Wlad is the best win among active heavyweights.
2nd best win is Fury's (real) win over Wilder.

He has to prove more. He won on what appears to be an off night of a champion. The hype is now past since he lost and was not in shape in the rematch, so he has to prove he is a legit fighter now and committed to boxing-two things. The pressure is now on him to prove he was ever anything more than a good style for Joshua.

I noted how the "Blitzkrieg" weapon was blunted by Germany's enemies as they got more accustomed to it. The effect of surprise was removed and later Soviets/Allies themselves became better at well-coordinated air/ground attacks as they learned from the Nazis.

The last major Blitzkrieg campaign that moved battle lines across 1000 miles was 1942's Fall Blau which basically imploded at the Wolga/Stalingrad/Kaukasus region. From that point on, all the Nazis could achieve were local, small-scale victories or putting up 'fierce resistance' as Goebbel's propaganda liked to call it. That's it.

German 'wins' at Monte Cassino, Market Garden, Hurtgenwald, Manstein's "mobile defense" Kharkov battles, Korsun Pocket, Battle of the Bulge had little to no impact on major, long-term battle lines on the respective fronts. Blitzkrieg was about rapid moving entire fronts using armored spearheads deep behind enemy lines. This tactic was exposed and blunted beyond the Summer 1942 successes.

Yes, all from public school education.

To me it seems like youre changing the goal posts and playing semantics now imo.

Even putting quotations around 'wins' as if Khartov wasnt, reeks of some sort of agenda.

Winning major battles is winning major battles, regardless of if its immediate proximity meant a change in overall frontline battle lines. Id wager not many genuine historians would agree with the notion that Germany never won a major victory after 42.

It is one of the more unimpeachable wins.

    Prime, unified, undefeated champion.

People still decry the victory as "just a lucky hit" or the result of the referee calling it for "no reason" sadly. At least I'm hearing the latter less.

You have never served in the Military..........ignorance at its finest.......Hillary or Bernie voter?

Blitzkrieg is today or in the past a effective battle strategy to overwhelm your enemy by encircling them, cutting them off etc.......it requires air superiority, steady supply and a skilled and disciplined Army..and no City fighting......the idea is to KO the opponent quick......and they KO'ed plenty.

Small Germany with extremely limited resources could never win a battle of attrition ........Germany on a two front war stood in front of Moskow in less then six months.......it took the Russian when Germany fought a FOUR front war FOUR years to get to Berlin while taking horrendous losses.

War is won by quantity not quality.......the US was the deciding factor for turning the tide due to unlimited money and resources with zero chance of fighting on home soil.

Without US support the Brits would have been done......they practically lost any conflict until the US supply/entry made the difference..France/NorwayGreece/Crete...Rommels under equiped and under supplied ragtop stepchild Army ran them all over North Africa until US material arrived....

One on ONe with zero outside support on a one front war, no material, no food , no intelligence from the outside, the Bolsheviks would have been finished.too..........they barely pulled it off with all the help they could get with that pig Stalin begging for a Allied invasion..........

In the end, History is always written by the Winners...........

This, of course. Beating the unified champion who ruled the division (with his brother) for a DECADE is, by far, the most impressive win in the division. Wladimir may have been past his best and on the decline when Fury got to him, but he was still the undisputed champ. I don’t care much for Fury, but the scalp of Klitschko belongs to him.
